Situated in the heart of Brickell, just steps from top restaurants, shops, and nightlife an ideal choice for a modern, upscale stay. *Temporary Closure & Noise Notice* Please note that due to scheduled building repairs from July 2025 through February 2026, the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday. It is expected to be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, although this may vary depending on weather and the HOA’s work schedule. This schedule is managed entirely by the HOA, and we have no control over any changes. The information provided is based on the latest updates we’ve received. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, will remain open and unaffected. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance.
