We had an event at the convention center, so Lincoln Arms was a great place to stay because of its location. Spacious rooms were a plus. If you like hotels with a fancy lobby and amazing views, this is not for you. Musty halls and a slippery bathtub/shower were the two downsides.

Room was not clean and hotel was run down. Staff not friendly at all (seemed bothered to provide any service). Door did not properly close in room and room looked pretty worn down. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Property was clean my room very large and spacious! Biggest bummer is parking! I had to park in city lot 8 blocks away!! But overall good deal!

The hotel is outdated and very simple. The room wasn't clean enough, and there was a weird smell that we couldn't get rid of. On our last day, they decided to clean the area with an air blower at 7 am, which woke us up. Nevertheless, the staff were excellent. We loved the rooftop and the close distance from the beach. Overall, it's an okay place to stay for a few days at a relatively low cost.

Only complaints, no parking for check in, overnight parking was a good distance and no coffee was provided. No cofee available in lobby either.
