Courtyard Miami Airport

Staff are not help when I ask where the location of my conference . Some staff when u ask they could not speak I. English is hard to communicate .

For the most part the service was great except for the food service that was a little lacking and missed providing a great customer experience

Very close to the airport and the shuttle made it convenient and easy to get to. Overall the property was clean and well maintained. We loved the outdoor area with the pool, hot tub and outdoor chess. We only stayed one night but we were very comfortable and would stay here again.

Overnight stay to Caribbean flight. Hotel was clean & quiet. It needs an update & many things are rusted but the staff is helpful. This is a solid 3-4 star hotel Miami standards iykyk. They do have a bar/restaurant with okaaay fare & beer choice.

The property was fine, but disappointed that there was no shuttle to Miami Port and didn’t find out until we arrived for stay. Since stay was paid for, couldn’t go somewhere else. I will do my due diligence for future hotel stays. Thank you

When you enter the lobby, it smells nice and looks beautiful. The receptionists are very friendly, and I was helped quickly. The elevator at the front worked well. The other elevator, which was closer to my room, was quite jumpy. The room and bed seemed good at first, but on closer inspection, the sofa and lamps were dusty. The sofa upholstery was damaged in several places and poorly stitched, with the foam inside visible. The carpet was dirty. The fitted sheet was inside out. The dinner and breakfast were good.

Really nice staff within champion grille. Clean lobby always smells so good. Room cleanliness ok there was hair in tub when we checked in minor but maid service never once asked for room to be cleaned until like our last day or brought us fresh towels sheets had to ask for them. I also had to ask for extra pillows like three times before I was able to get them

The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location minutes from the airport. Great staff!
