Very good hotel, excellent breakfast. However, the experience was horrible. Because we arrived late, our room was given to someone else and we ended up with a room for 3 people, while our reservation, which had already been paid for, was for 5 people. Our flight was delayed, we arrived late and had to waste time and stress over this situation. Although the hotel management acted in bad faith, I want to praise the Trip.com staff, who gave me all the assistance and helped me with the problem. All the staff were professional and kind. They always kept me informed of every step. Congratulations to Trip.com.

Parking for 20 usd per night!! Hotels in the area park for free!
They only clean your room every 7th day and if you stay 3 if you don't ask for it the day before they don't make your bed, they only remove the garbage and replace towels. This after the pandemic is inconceivable and now because you don't complain they say it's hotel policy!!! They hire much less cleaning people and that does not make the service they do not provide lower the rate, because they say it is complementary!!! You have to stretch your own bed at home!
