The hotel staff are horrible, did not mention trip.com that it is under construction. It is a most horrible place to stay.

Nice hotel and location for easy access

Very old and shabby hotel. Dirts in bathroom. Dirty flat iron destroyed my shorts but no one care from hotel. Asked for new flat iron and after 1.5 hours nothing happened. No shampoo, shower Gel snd amenities... Hotel put us in wrong room (Junior Suite park view) while we booked and paid Junior Suite Bay View. Asked 100$ a night to upgrade actually to correct room. Second night we fight and thay moved us to Bay View Room With no charge but very unpleasent reception staff. Highly NOT recommend

The location is great but there is no breakfast. They offer a voucher. The gym is well equipped.

The hotel didn't meet our expectations. It's located on the floor above the gallery, which isn't mentioned on the hotel website. It doesn't have a restaurant for meals; it has select dining areas in the gallery—which isn't mentioned on the website either. The cleaning was poor. The hotel is carpeted throughout, which causes an unpleasant odor. A plus: a large room and bathroom with a comfortable bed, a safe, an iron, and an ironing board. We paid extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the bay—a large balcony, where we welcomed in the New Year, with a beautiful view of the fireworks. There's a rooftop swimming pool—the water is truly magnificent, heated, and the view is also stunning. We recommend this form of relaxation, especially at night. We highly recommend it. What disappointed us most was that we booked a stay with breakfast. We received vouchers for €25 per person on arrival, but to our surprise, we had to pay an additional €18 for meals each day. On our first day, a €200 deposit was deducted from our account, and we still haven't received it back. We learned upon leaving the hotel that they wouldn't refund our full deposit because they had to deduct the remaining amount from breakfast—the one we paid extra for each day. On our first day, the hotel didn't inform us that the remaining amount could be deducted from our deposit. The receptionist was so incompetent and lazy that my husband personally went downstairs and explained the situation at the breakfast counter. It's been 20 days since our stay, and the hotel still hasn't refunded our deposit. We've traveled all over the world, but this is the first time we've experienced this situation—an additional charge for breakfast and a refund of our deposit. I just hope our deposit will be refunded.

The room is very large with a beautiful view. The pool is good. But a big chain, without soul. And the location without much interest
