W Miami

This hotel is absolutely terrible! Do not book this hotel! There's a horrible, cheap perfume smell throughout the hotel and in the room! The facilities are incredibly basic, worse than even a mid-range hotel like Atour in China! It's not a W Hotel at all; it just uses the name! It's equivalent to a 3-star hotel in China! Breakfast is not only simple but also has very limited selection, and the service is nonexistent! There's no master switch in the room; you have to turn the lights on and off individually. The facilities are so basic; it's not a 5-star hotel room! Overall, the hotel is only slightly better than a 3-star but less than a 4-star room! Don't fall for this!

The facilities are old, the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the terrace are not very soundproof, and you can hear the roar of the engine in the early morning, but the service is very nice.

The hotel is located in downtown Miami. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, but the location is still quite good. There are restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions.

The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water. There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink. There are mirrors everywhere.

Stylish and elegant hotel in a great location!!! Breakfast is varied, the only negative is that the outdoor pool was not open because it was being cleaned… The rest is great We will definitely come back)))

The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The restaurant is excellent, a real treat 😋
