Reviews of W Miami

The room is good but when has the room there were no amenities in the room and we had to ask for each.

The facilities are old, the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the terrace are not very soundproof, and you can hear the roar of the engine in the early morning, but the service is very nice.

The hotel is located in downtown Miami. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, but the location is still quite good. There are restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions.

The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water. There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink. There are mirrors everywhere.

Stylish and elegant hotel in a great location!!! Breakfast is varied, the only negative is that the outdoor pool was not open because it was being cleaned… The rest is great We will definitely come back)))

The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The restaurant is excellent, a real treat 😋

Not cost-effective

Super average experience. As w is very disappointing, it feels like staying in a business hotel. Overall old, poor sound insulation. I booked a corner room for a better view, but when I arrived at the store, it was said that it was only on the 4th floor (the lowest floor), and I could only see the opposite intersection... There is no service, the air conditioner is very poor, I woke up in the middle of the night, I was asked to check the next day, if it can't be improved, I will change the room, the result is the same, no room change, the air conditioner is still not cooling well. 

The hotel is super well placed, too bad that the staff is not up to the required services, as is that of the South Beach ....
