Reviews of Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Miami - Coral Gables

TERRIBLE in every way: 1- Customer service is nonexistent (the key doesn't work every time), nobody knows how to answer anything, worst experience of my life! 2- Cleaning (ATTENTION), completely neglected, no change of clothes and no room cleaning, how are you supposed to manage for a 5-day stay? On the second day I got a bacterial infection and only returned because friends came to pick up my things! So half the stay is in the room and the rest in the hospital! 3- General aspects, dark building with no maintenance, elevator doors creak, dirty, dark, very poorly signposted entrance, it really reminds me of the worst horror movies!
