Arya Hotel & Suites Coconut Grove

Nice seaview, very close to coconut grove arcade where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants.

Room was a dated noticed that other rooms were renovated and those rooms were given to guest not booking through a third party like *******. Hotel is beautiful otherwise… great location for tasty restaurants, events, and airport !

The room was dirty and run down. Everything in the bathroom was rusty and moldy due to the broken fan. We had to call housekeeping daily to make up the room even as late as 4:30pm. The valet did not help with bags so you had to carry them up 5 stairs. They did not answer the phone so you had to go to the valet counter then wait for the car. One particular valet just scrolled on his phone and never looked up to see when cars were in the driveway. You had to go get him. The pool view was beautiful but the deck itself was messy and never picked up. The pool monitor just sat in the corner and did nothing. Very poor experience except the location was great. When we were leaving the valet did not load our backpack in the car and when we called an hour later, it was gone. I will never stay there again.

The room is clean and spacious enough. I have been staying in this hotel three times in the past four months. This time I feel the best even the environment smells good.
