Great hotel, greta location and very friend personnel. Breakfast was complete.

near by airport, big size room, basic option of breakfast, generally nice.

Staff was nice and honest. A strong request for improving customers satisfaction is to get back shuttle service from the airport.

Room was nice and clean close to alot of restaurants and shopping areas would definitely book again

Ok hotel

Not too bad of a place however did smell very off in the hotel while I was there. Might need a deep clean on the carpet. The hotel is in a close enough distance to the airport

Forgot to leave a tip, gave free parking for one night, normally would have been $25.

This Hyatt hotel is a bit of a surprise. When I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, I was asked to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. Later, I was asked to add money and I could check in immediately. I was too lazy to talk nonsense and just swiped my card to check in. However, the next day, the credit card showed another consumption record prompt (not the consumption of extra money to stay), and four times in a row, because I activated the overseas card-less chargeback function, the payment was unsuccessful several times. I seriously suspect there is something wrong with the front desk of this hotel. In addition, this hotel does not have an airport shuttle, so it is blocked directly!

The road is a bit circuitous and it’s very new.

Tuvimos con mi hija una experiencia terrible. Llegamos y no había electricidad. El lobby está en un segundo piso y todos las personas teníamos que acarrear las valijas por la escaleras. Tuve que esperar a que me asignaran la habitación en un salón con el piso sucio y las sillas con tapizado roto. Nada para beber ya que no había luz. La habitación que me asignaron quedaba en un tercer piso al que había que seguir acarreando las valijas por la escalera, con la promesa de que pronto se solucionaría. La habitación tenía colchones viejos, vencidos por lo que no era posible un buen descanso y la ducha salpicaba para todos lados. La luz regreso tarde pero el ascensor aún seguía sin funcionar. Me prometieron que para la hora de mi salida al aeropuerto en la madrugada ya estaría solucionado. Pero no fue así. Solas por la escalera de emergencia acarreando valijas. Nadie que ayudara. Una inseguridad terrible. Una experiencia digna de película de terror.
