The hotel has a lovely view from the room, and the lobby and swimming pool areas are very nice. However, there is significant room for improvement when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, our TV technician never showed up after multiple requests. Additionally, the front desk receptionist (a middle-aged blonde woman) was unhelpful and unfriendly. She even refused to provide a second complimentary bottle of water, despite there being two guests registered in the room and only one water provided. Overall, the facilities are great, but the service needs serious attention.

The hotel's location was perfect, and the catering service was excellent. I also appreciated how quickly I could go between the pool and the main building, though the high number of people using it was a bit of a downside. I realized I should avoid using the pool during the times reserved for the hotel's main guests. If I don't use the pool during its rest hours, it seems more VIP guests will get to enjoy it. It always feels like more guests are using the pool when I'm not there. Everything else was perfect, and I want to express my respect and gratitude for the staff's kindness, cleanliness, and exemplary behavior. Seeing the staff work so diligently made me feel a little guilty, but also very pleased.
