我訂的是臻品家庭住房，窗外風景是沒什麼可看在幾幢家屬樓中間，但非常安靜，套房除了兩間卧室外還有兩廳一衞一廚非常適合全家出遊，來個朋友也有地方坐坐，關健價格合理，周邊吃的非常多，我入住的第一天還停了幾小時電（晚上7點到11點）店家主動免了當晚住宿費，良心商家，以後到綿陽還會來住的！

靠內的房間非常安靜，而且暖和，性價比還是比較高的。衞生比較一般，床上有黑色的小灰絮，不是很礙事但是看着不爽。房間設計還是蠻合理的，早飯不好評價。
