Premier Inn Ipswich North

We are frequent visitors to Premier Inns. Ipswich North excelled at every turn. Checking Inn, restaurant staff, quality of evening meal and breakfast to the comfort and cleanliness of the room, all very much 'Top Drawer'. All staff were cheerful and efficient. Very comfortable stay with maximum help and efficiency from the staff. Great job. Well done.

I stayed for two nights for a wedding (including getting ready with the bride the morning of the wedding) and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They supplied fans, kept our prosecco in the fridge, helped with room swapping as we were sharing with different people the following night, helped with early check in and accommodated larger numbers for a later breakfast. They seemed genuinely happy to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it's so nice that the windows actually open! The only issue is the Wi-fi is very poor with little to no connection which kept dropping out. I would definitely be happy to stay again.

Just like to say a massive thank you to Bee and Lauren who went out of their way to make us a brew at 11pm..after a long journey and let us sit in the lounge. Excellent accommodation from Bee, so kind and friendly and went above and beyond! Have to say I have previously stayed here and felt this time the welcoming was outstanding! I will be back in June again to visit family and definetly will be staying here! You guys are doing an amazing job!! See you soon x

Staff were amazing - Lauren, Bee and Lesley - fantastic service. Very accommodating and friendly. Clean and coffee nice! Very good for children too. Colouring and T.V in the bar area. Vending machines are a nice touch. Definitely worth a visit if in need of a hotel for the night.

We stayed at the Premier Inn at Claydon from Friday to Sunday 2 adults and 2 children, we have had a very stressful week for personal reasons and had to book last minute, all the staff were lovely, friendly and professional, our room was set up well and had everything we needed. We had booked breakfast which was really good, the cooked breakfast is made to order and was served quickly and hot, would like to say an extra special thankyou to Sam and Lauren who were working in the restaurant for breakfast, they literally go above and beyond, Sam’s personality and enthusiasm should be bottled, she is a breath of fresh air, and Lauren also kind and friendly and helpful, my daughter was unwell the first morning but they offered to do breakfast for her and this morning they were sleeping but Lauren made sure a cooked breakfast and pastries were all made up on a tray to take back to them. After such an awful week this really helped us feel much better and relaxed so a big thankyou, the staff are a credit to Premier Inn.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and quick service. Calamari was very nice. Burger was big and yummy. Defo come back. So what can I say to fill the next one hundred and two characters. Well. Er , hmm, the team were very nice, polite and a true delight..

Business trip in the glorious UK. A little lovely place in the middle of Suffolk. Lovely hosts from first to last. Would definitely return next time. Handy logistically, literally 5 feets from the motorway. The place to be if you’re on a business trip, or a landscape with family or friends. Loved the ladies of the breakfast as much as the ones of the diner.

Have stayed here before, very friendly hotel, room was lovely and bed very comfortable, staff always happy and helpful. This particular time I was charging my car in the car park but not actually staying, I went into get a coffee and once again the staff are so helpful, especially Bee, Lauren and Sarah, thank you so much, other hotels could learn a lot if they were to spend time with you. We are definitely going to be staying again.

Arrived, no free wifi, paid £5 for wifi and did not work, no refund! Vending machine, worked when it wanted to after several swipes of my card Breakfast terrible, undercooked bacon and sausage, no refund Tv reception non existent ! Told reception to be told had enough if this today! Never, ever return or use again
