Not bad for a night here. Near Tesco and not far from university.

I was very satisfied with my room and chats had with staff when I couldn't quite locate my check-in details. All in all it was a good stay for the time and purpose of my travel.

Bathroom was stinky throughout the stay, with the smell of smoking. Television noise continues coming from the neighbours. Fan was not working properly. Lift was not working

Pretty standard for what you’re paying for! Bed was comfy and shower was good! TV wasn’t connected to internet, wifi password that was sent via email didn’t work and there was a loud humming noise throughout the night from outside (I understand it is likely that this had nothing to do with the host). Great location in town, near Albert Park, and a good alternative to a hostel.

Lift broken for 2 days whilst I was there, basically a bed and a wardrobe, very unkempt bathroom

I was a bit apprehensive staying in what is described as Student accommodation especially as someone in their 60’s but I needn’t have worried. The building is very secure requiring the fob on your room key to get through at least 3 security doors to get to the room which is basic but clean and en suite. The accommodation is opposite the only Wetherspoons in town and about 15 mins walk from the station. So overall I would say the place is well worth the budget price charged

Tv was broken and not fixed to wall the sheets and walls were dirty and so was the bathroom we spoke to two different members of staff and wer told someone would come and sort it and no one did and yet again cockroaches

Pleasantly surprised, Will go back for cheap clean accomadation.
