It was easy to locate and clean.

Trudy was amazing, very helpful and friendly. She works so hard to make the hotel comfortable and welcoming.

The hosts, Trudy at the front desk as well as the lady that served dinner at the restaurant (17 July) , are some of the best hosts I have ever met in a Travelodge. I wish I could rate them 6 out of 5. The address, the environment around the building, the state of the room/bathroom not so much. Compare it for instance with Travelodge Doncaster lake and you can hardly give more than a middle of the range score. It does have a nice restaurant though. So I go with 4 out of 5, and recommend this as a one night stop over where you can be sure of absolutely excellent, welcoming and friendly reception and service.

Iv been hear for 6 weeks and Sam the manager is a brilliant lady who will go above and beyond too help anyone she very polite and makes u feel very welcome

Sam at reception is a true representation of what great customer service looks like. She supported us with our booking, room choice and no question was too much! Room was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs!

Adele is fantastic! She is very friendly, helpful, professional, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and warm personality make a great impression, and she is a pleasure to interact with. She is a real credit to the team, and her dedication to providing excellent service is truly appreciated.
