This place is very serene, and refreshing. This the the type I like to stay for an autumn break

Perfect for short stays. The furniture is a little out dated but fine. There’s an oven as well

I chose this room type because I had luggage and didn't want to go up to the second floor. It was very convenient as the parking spot was right at the door. The kitchen had a two-burner induction cooktop and a portable mini oven, which was enough for simple cooking. The hygiene was also decent, quite clean.

The counter lay b was friendly and willingly to accommodate my request to add 1 more pax at the last Min. The uni had everything needed. But the ground floor room was too cold without any heater available. TV comes with Netflix but need your own login.

Great location and room was very good for price.

Ms Kim facilitated our check-in after the usual operating hours. She even warmed up the house prior. Everything was great and we all loved the stay.

Recommend this place. It has everything you need for a holiday. Kitchen well equipped, toilets big and modern. Spacious living/dining room as well as spacious bedroom. Easy free parking too, right in front of your unit. Location convenient for sightseeing, near to everywhere. Very clean too. All good. No complaints.

4 adults but only one small tube of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Portable heater was provided though for each room. Power point was in a weird positiion with 2 in the middle of the side of the room in Room 2, weird. Locatiion was ok if you like the Beach. Else driving to ‘City Centre’ takes about 10 minutes. Albany is really a place to relax and enjoy nature. The Gap and Natural Bridge is a place worth visiting. The Sandalwood Shop is permanently closed as they are under liquidation.

I really didn't expect that I could book such a perfect place for more than 700 RMB! I thought it was a motel, but it felt like I was staying in a B&B! All kitchen utensils, pots and dishwashers are available, there is also a laundry room with washing machine, and a large living room. I really recommend it to everyone!
