This place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi for their tv was very weak we just ended up watching a movie on our phones so it didn’t bother us that much still had a nice time will come back again.

The hitel was nice itself. I was put on the first floor across from elevator. The plumbing was broken all night long i heard a noise like the room was going to explode from screatching plumbing sounds. It was horrible. Fix your plumbing.

Room was fine but a little deceitful on the dog policy. They say it’s a $100 deposit when in reality it’s a $100 fee. Plus they add a $5.00 cleaning fee. Why not just charge $105? To be clear, we didn’t mind the fee, but just call it what it is. Also, had a fire alarm going off in the morning that they couldn’t turn off. Overall, decent hotel but they definitely get dinged for their deceitful tactics.

Our room was clean, beds were good and staff friendly. Only down side was the tub did not have no slip *****s. The hotel was easily accessible and close to shopping and eating venues. There was a hot breakfast available and service times good. Would stay here again.

I have not been good about leaving reviews, but since i depend so heavily on them...... short version- it was a pleasnt clean 1 night stay for my husband and i attending a conference. People were friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable to us (firm but not too firm). Room was a comfortable temperature. I checked the beding to be sure it was clean and it was. I was pleased the the closet storage and overall space of the room. (We had a king size bed suite) we were on the first floor and we did not notice any road noise, just when people would walk by the room talking loadly. We would happily book a stay here again even with our 3 kids as we saw a double room and saw it had adequate space for us to spread out.

Breakfast was a joke. Got charged twice for a pet. Website said pet friendly, front desk said service animals only.
