Shame on whoever owns this place. The poor clerks were working in a lobby without heat huddling around a space heater. Exterior door locks to the hallway non-functional, with guests propping them open with rocks. The common areas are old and dirty. The room was just OK but the tub was stained. Invest some money in your place or people or sell this place.

The hotel and rooms were not clean at all. Our toilet would not flush without the help of a plunger and our window was stuck open. It appeared that someone puked all over our room, on the chairs, from the bed, in the bathroom. What a horrible experience.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean. It definitely needs some maintenance done, especially in the pool area! Desk staff not real friendly and could easily be found lounging on the sofas in the lobby. We were told on Sunday morning that there were no clean towels in the entire hotel available for us.

No attempt to care about the health of there guest. No masks at all on any employee and the comforter had stains on them. Most of the staff was nice. But one of the cleaners gave my girlfriend dirty looks because she politely asked them to move cause they were standing and chatting in front of our door, which she had no problem with just wanted in our room.
