For the price, it was ok. Main area has been renovated on the surface but ceiling paint was flaking off. Beds were comfy. Bathroom-new toilet but needs a full renovation. The water was hot, good pressure. There was a closet area but no hangers provided. Fridge was noisy. Can’t beat the price though!!

Basic motel, clean linens. Walls, door nobs very dirty, like never been cleaned. A few roudy people at the back drinking at a patio table off the parking lot. Dingy. Was cheap, but should be cheaper. Need serious cleaning done in the rooms and the stairs, handle bars.

Stayed here one night while biking the Simcoe County Loop — late night pizza options around ensured that we were able to eat, beds were clean, bathrooms and towels were clean. Staff were very nice. $250 security deposit was returned. Contactless checkout. Perfect!

A basic motel, looks a bit worn on the outside, but our room was nice and clean, warm and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk young man was very kind and helpful. Out microwave did not work and he replaced it with what looked like a new one in only a few minutes. Good WiFi. Good size bathroom. TV worked just fine - about a 40” I think. Overall, quite happy with the 3 nights we spent there. Again, the polite young man at reception could not have been nicer. Very welcoming. Good value.

Easy to find and good parking. Friendly and helpful staff, fixed TV problem quickly and with a smile. Great sleep and everything worked. Will use again without a doubt.

The staff were nice enough. I had a question about my bill when I got home the manager was supposed to call me I'm still waiting. Not holding my breath. There was mold in the bathroom tub area, dust on the radiator and unfinished grouting on the floor in the bathroom. We did not take showers because of the mold. My husband has COPD and it would have been dangerous for him. I didn't expect the Ritz but I expected something a little better. Disappointing.

Could get better hotel soaps (they were paper thin) and more comfy cuck chairs (hard like rock).
