Everything fine

Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht nur freundlich, sondern aufmerksam, herzlich – ein Service, den man heute leider nur noch selten erlebt. Gerade diese Herzlichkeit hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Night stuff could't speak English instead of named "Best Western" Most room is noisy from the traffic. Totally ,this hotel is not qualified as Premier. Only restaurant and breakfast are good. The price is too high considering with the condition.

The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is great. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly. There was one downside, however. That was the roast pork in the restaurant that evening. It was gristly and much too hard. I was still struggling with that the following night. My husband had the "Miesbacher Geschichten". That was good.

The hotel itself is very nice, has rooms with cute balconies and flowers and a very cozy beer garden. However, the furnishings in the rooms are very outdated in some places. The hotel looks classy and chic, but there are outdated items like a cheap radio alarm clock in the room or a much too small and calcified shower head in the bathroom. They cut corners here. You get to the sauna by going through a public gym and, as a hotel guest, you have to pick up the key for the sauna there, so you can wait a long time until someone comes to reception. The bathrobes in the room were different sizes, one was obviously intended for a child (ended above the knees). We had this replaced and got the same model again. There seems to be a bit of chaos here. It was a bit annoying and took time until we could finally go into the sauna. Unfortunately, it seems that hardly anyone looks after the sauna. There was no water for tea, a cheap CD player in the corner for "relaxing music" but it was jamming and in the relaxation area there was no peace and quiet but noise from a drying machine or something similar. All saunas were equally too hot (temperature information outside was incorrect). We had dinner in the beer garden. The chef is creative and puts a lot of effort into it, but the portions are small and a bit overpriced. But the expensive small portions are accompanied by cheap disposable napkins for the guests. That doesn't really fit with the "upscale cuisine". The breakfast buffet was very extensive, even though it wasn't refilled. Egg dishes were already cold even though they had been stored under heat and nothing fresh was refilled. But the rest of the menu was very good. Later in the evening we got hungry for something sweet and saw that the restaurant was still open. They turned us away because the kitchen had officially closed but there were still guests there. Why do you have to heat up the kitchen when we just wanted two pieces of chocolate cake from the fridge? Unfortunately, there is nothing else you can get here if you get hungry in the evening, which is a shame. Then you just go to bed hungry. At night there was a lot of noise in the courtyard outside the bedroom windows because drunk guests were obviously spending longer in the smoking area. I had to ask them to please keep quiet. So, the overall concept is somehow not right and for the price of dinner in particular, they should offer guests cloth napkins. And for the price of the room, the service could be a bit more professional and guest-oriented. A late-evening snack that you just have to get out of the fridge shouldn't be a problem. It's a shame, because it's the little things that make the difference. Staff that think for themselves and are a bit more service-oriented would give a star here.

Zahlreiche Parkplätze (nicht überdacht); unkompliziertes Ein-und Auschecken, Zimmer sauber und mit Minibar, Zimmersafe, Wasserkocher individuell einstellbarer Klimaanlage (ein sehr angenehmes Ausstattungsdetail bei der jüngsten Wetterlage), prima Frühstück (schöne Auswahl & auch geschmacklich ansprechend) faire Preise (gute Buchbarkeit), sehr hundefreundlich (die Fellnasen dürfen grundsätzlich mit ins Restaurant - Achtung in den Räumlichkeiten des Hotels und den Außenanlagen fühlt sich auch Nachbars Katze außerordentlich wohl!) Leider hatten wir 1 x Pech abends im Biergarten, als wir gerne noch eine "Kleinigkeit" gegessen hätten. Am Eingang zum Biergarten (der Zugang ist möglich, ohne das Hotelgebäude zu betreten) hing eine ansprechende (Sommer-)Speisekarte. Darauf dokumentiert u.a. "Wurstsalat, Brotzeitteller". U.a. diese "Schmankerln" hätten unserem Wunsch, abends bei den gegebenen hohen Temperaturen nicht mehr allzu reichlich zu essen, perfekt entsprochen. Uns wurde jedoch bedeutet, dass von all den für uns in Frage kommenden Gerichten an jenem Tag keines verfügbar sei. Erst im zweiten, dritten Anlauf wurde uns erklärt, dass aufgrund der Tisch-Reservierung für sehr viele Menschen alle Angebote aus der Sommerkarte, die uns interessant erschienen, nicht bestellbar wären. Dies vorausgeschickt habe ich bei meiner Bewertung nicht "die volle Punktzahl" vergeben. Alternativ wurde uns angeboten, das Buffet zu nutzen, ggf. auch nur in Teilen. Eine Person aus unserer Gruppe hat dies dann auch getan - beschränkt auf die Vorspeisenauswahl. Außerdem hat uns dann anschließend eine der Servicekräfte noch ein paar kleine Brötchen nebst zwei verschiedenen Aufstrichen gebracht.

Aangekomen in het hotel waren de kamers al gereed. Nou ja, gereed.. bed voor onze zoon niet opgemaakt, geen kinderbedje in de kamer. Binnen 30 minuten was dit ook geregeld, maar na een lange dag reizen was dat niet prettig. De man verontschuldigde zich en gaf ons korting op de kamer. Het avondeten was goed en goed geprijsd. Ook het ontbijt was goed en er was veel keuze.

Das Zimmer war gut und man hatte durch den Garten auch die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett, auch im Restaurant und an der Bar. Die Sauna und das Fitnessstudio Cleverfit, welches man mitbenutzen kann war okay. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es auf jeden Fall annehmbar und es lässt sich dort leben.

Voor familiebezoek verbleven we hier. We waren hier al eerder, en ook dit keer was allesweer tip top. We wilden 3 nachten blijven, maar na 1 nacht kregen we in de loop van de dag bericht dat mijn schoonzus was overleden. We zijn toen met spoed naar huis moeten vertrekken. We hoefden alleen de genoten nacht te betalen. Géén late check-out, of zo, terwijl we om 15:00 vertrokken zijn. Het ontbijt is prima. Verder hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant. De hond is overal welkom en voor een schappelijke prijs.
