I checked in late, and the front desk called me to guide me through mobile check-in. Ctrip promptly coordinated the check-in issue. Not bad, the room is very clean, very close to the train station, very convenient.

It was a great appartement in a very central location, close to subway. The bathroom was clean and there was a small terrace. The city center with Duomo di Milano is within walking distance. Friendly receptionist when we arrived. Definitely recommended

The people at the property were great, the location is perfect, for what you pay the rooms are good. The main issue was the WiFi, as someone trying to work remotely it was pretty much non-existent even after the front desk gave me an air card. Again, easily a 5/5 for the value but if you are planning on working remotely, this is not the space for you

Good stay - no key involved but a keypad to login the room - basic but decent room - clean and had all we needed. Don't expect miracles, but excellent value for money!

Apar**ent was lovely and clean. Ideally situated and only a short walk into town. The check in process was very simple and easy to follow and the staff were very friendly. Train station located just outside the entrance which is ideal if you are looking to take a day trip to Lake Como. Very happy with our stay!!

Good accommodation, but when it came time to pay the tax of 18 euros online, they took away the 18,160 euros! If I hadn't looked at my accounts, they kept my 160 euros because obviously they didn't come and tell me. Supposedly a mistake... I have doubts about the honesty.
