The location is pretty good, very close to several museums and downtown. There are many cafeterias nearby. However, we hope to provide some suggestions here. First, we only met the owner/manager once and briefly when we check-in. He just show us the rule of the keys, arrange our payment for taxes and then left, staying probably 5 mins only. Very few information he provided for any new tenant like us. It's better to provide new tenant more useful information to facilitate their stay, such as how to use washing machine, how to handle these electronic devices or kitchen properly, and where they could buy the water, food, grocery in nearby location and so on. In all, apartment is good but service can be proved.
