The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, and there wasn't much shower gel. The breakfast cost was too high.

The room was very clean. The breakfast service was excellent. The people who work there are really nice. I recomend it a lot.

This room is only ideal for those who genuinely just want somewhere to sleep. For us who wanted a space to chill this wasn’t ideal, felt like being in a dungeon. • The window/door is shut off with shutters providing no fresh air or light, no window in the bathroom either. • Shower is incredibly small, constantly banging arms on the door. • The blanket material provided was itchy and uncomfortable. • The wifi is pretty much non existent, no service either which was a huge problem for us. • Hotel is pretty expenny for what it actually is so spend your money elsewhere.

Toilet can be better. It feels dark in the room. Others are ok.

Had a very nice stay. Restaurants and the train station are less than five minutes away! Daily cleaning was also top-notch, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly to us. The air conditioning was the most important thing and worked perfectly. You even get a city map and can chat with the staff about local food and sightseeing. By the way, there was a huge park right around the corner. The city is very close and easily accessible by bus, train, or car. There's also an elevator, which is a bit small but does the job :)

People who work on reseption is perfect ! They are really professional and polite ! Breakfast is perfect ! In my number we see a lot of dust in artificial flowers We didn’t see disposable toothbrushes, drinking water, just in bottles in number I understand that the hotel is not expensive, but my requirements are also very simple. This review has been sent to the high manager or owns a hotel The check-in and check-out times are also not very convenient : It's stressful, the first thing they told us at reception was that we had to leave before 11

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Carlo Goldoni! Even though my official check-in time was 14:00, I arrived early at 11:00, and the staff kindly accommodated me without any hassle. The service was friendly and professional, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I truly appreciated the flexibility and warm hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Excellent hotel with a superb location, close to Milan's main attractions. The staff were polite and very helpful. We arrived before 2 PM and they checked us in right away, understanding that we were very tired, and didn't charge us extra for it. A huge thank you, we had an amazing 24 hours at your hotel! And the room also had a beautiful balcony! 😍🤗

Good hotel not very far near the Milan Central railway station. It is reached by BUS and TRAM. Recommended
