If you like hotels, this isn't a hotel, it's just rooms with all the amenities. There's no mention of that anywhere. Check-in is by appointment. To get into your room, you first have to open the front door with a key, then take the elevator, open another door with a key, close it, and only then open your own door. If you've been drinking, you won't be able to complete this quest. The only big plus is the location. The next day, we asked about housekeeping, but there was no housekeeping as such, coffee and tea were not refilled, and all water is paid for.

We had an excellent stay. Paolo and Leonardo were very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Milan. The apartment is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Amazing location for shopping and tons of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

While we were only in Milano for a day, we found the host very professional and fluent in several languages. The property itself wasn’t great, but it was clean enough nice and well priced and very convenient. The best thing about it for us was the host.

Perfect Stay Beautiful room, very clean and friendly staff and in the perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was also excellent.
