Perfect location closed to everything, the room is a bit old fashioned but the bed is so comfy. Breakfast is so terrible. Overall is good

Good location, friendly and helpful staffs.

I love this hotel , few minutes walk from Milano central, there is a mart just right beside the hotel. Room is great , service is good , clean and I love here !

Service is unparalleled, the room is a little bit dated though there was some wear and tear on the furniture. It’s more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star due to the age and wear and tear of the furnishings. I’ve been at better 4 star hotels at less than half the price so it’s a bit disappointing in that regard. Service is excellent, the staff go above and beyond for their guests. They were able to get my menstrual pads, toothpastes and wine glasses. The lovely staff at concierge even gave us bar snacks for our byo wine and when I first checked in, a map with recommendations of what to see. Shame the room doesn’t match the service.

The hotel is very near the Central station, excellent service. But there was a hiccup with the booking reservation at Trip or hotel end, and we didn’t get the King Room as booked and got a smaller room with wrong beds instead. But reception service was good and friendly

Nice location and good breakfast

Very good location as it is within walking distance (even with luggage) from Milano Centrale. Wide selection of breakfast. Room is clean and comfortable.

Good hotel. Location was perfect. I left my rental at the hotel car park through my stay in Milan. Will stay again

Great hotel close to the train station and short transit ride away from the duomo and other attractions.

The location was superb, just next to central station. But room service was a bit slow.
