The hotel is located on the outskirts of Milan, the transport connection with the center is inconvenient, it is necessary to lay at least 45 minutes on the road to the center. By taxi, of course, it will be faster. Once an hour, a free shuttle bus leaves the hotel from the hotel to the nearest metro station of the red line, you can also get there on your own by bus 35 (traffic interval 20-30 minutes) or walk (35-40 minutes). The nearest cafe to the hotel (except for the restaurant in the hotel) is located in the Cascina Merlata park about 17 minutes walk. We had a room on the 12th floor with views of the industrial zone (I suspect that the views are similar from all rooms). And there is even an element of some kind of fetish in this, because before becoming the capital of fashion, Milan was a major industrial center. The staff is responsive and accommodating in the issue of freezing on the deposit card (Russian bank cards in Europe now do not work in most cases). We agreed that if necessary, we will pay additional expenses in cash upon departure. The room is generally acceptable, except for the dirty windows outside. Everything you need is there: kettle, minibar, safe, spacious closet, hair dryer. Plumbing in good condition, towels changed every day. The bed is large and comfortable with two types of pillows.

Excellent value for money. Hotel complete with every service. Good breakfast and excellent cleanliness of the rooms. It can be reached easily if you have a car and there is also parking. They also accept dogs without adding extra charge.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rude staff, pool freezing, awful rooms, dirty and did I mention RUDE staff. Didn’t promise what they agreed at check in. Manager not around all weekend?? I wanted to leave and go to another hotel but they would T refund my money.. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
