This hotel is located slightly off to the west of the center, a 20 minute walk to the Duomo. There aren't a ton of restaurants or shops around, but it is close to Cadorno station, where the train from Malpensa terminates. Check-in was friendly and efficient. It's a bit of a walk to the rooms which are in a different 'wing' of the palazzo. The elevator is tiny, only one person is allowed to use it. The room itself was fine, solid three star standard. The small balcony faced the courtyard, which was nice. They have old fashioned, heavy room keys instead of chip cards. The breakfast was basic, but again okay for a three star hotel. Wifi was very slow, however. I don't regret having stayed there but won't go out of my way to stay there again when in Milan.
