It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect. Overall , nice hotel and neighborhood and not far from important landmarks and tourists centre.

A nice quiet stay for us coming from a long day travelling. The facilities were nice, the staff were warm, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast choices were ok and typical: cereals, fruit, salad bar, eggs, meat, bread. The coffee and cappuccino were good.

Hello, Just stopped by the front desk asking why no one was answering the phone from 11pm to 1am last night when I was calling the front desk about the AC issue in our room and "Alvin" who was the front desk agent last night told me "I was busy checking in one family". Then I asked "you were checking in one family for 3hrs?. He replied "yeah I was checking in one family for one hour, I am not just sitting around here. I have work to do". JUST WOW!!!! I asked for his managers name and email and he said "I cannot give that to you". He said go to the wesbite and send them a message there". I asked for a business card and he gave me a card for the hotel which has the info@ email address. He said I cannot talk to a manager because it is against their "policy" to give out "employee's private information". I need a manager to contact me ASAP. I honestly hope this is not the case and what Alvin told me is not true and most importantly this is not how you guys treat the guests. Couldn't sleep from the heat. And no one was at the front desk nor replied to the phone calls

Very much enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Service was good, hotel was nice standard. Pool and spa were enjoyable. Breakfast also substantial and proper coffee as you would expect in Italy

As a 4 stars hotel, necessities like bottled water, toothbrush and toothpaste was not provided. Even-though hotel was located near a train station, it still requires some time to travel to tourists’ hot spots like Duomo etc.

Really pleasant stay, great host and exceptional room amenities

Great location. a few minutes walk to subway and 4 stations to Duomo. Supermarket closeby. A lot of good resturants to choose too. Nice bath tub with Towels heater. They ,care the services level a lot and closely follow up if services is up to standard.

Absolutely worth 4 start hotel. Everything was just amazing, service, cleanliness, room. Very happy with our choice and definitely will stay here on our next trip to Milan. The cocktails at the bar were the best we had in Milan.

Everything is good there except the annoying 20Euro/day per person extra for the swimming pool 🏊♂️.

Parking was expensive,35€ per night Oneletes,pancakes,waffels were for extra charge.

Hotel facilities were fine, location is fine, but service good, old hotel but pretty! I got room early which is good

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro. The rooms are very large and comfortable.

Great experience, friendly and welcoming staff. Good facilities, spa and pool. Room was clean and tidy. Would stay again.
