Clean room, 5 mins walk from the train station to the hotel. Recommend.

Excellent: great location (30 seconds walking distance to the metro station, 7 minutes walking distance to the central railway station, 2-3 minutes walking distance to many restaurants and shops, etc.), clean and quite room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, iron and ironing board in the room, nice breakfast, great staff everywhere…

Location is great and just right in front of metro. Very convenient to go Duomo. However there is only stairs at metro station leading up to entrance of hotel so lugging the luggage up can be challenging if coming via metro.

The Wifi is very poor. Always disconnect.

Service not up to standard, we asked reception to send us some cutlery, reception put us through to the bar, the guy at the bar said will need to charge for room service if we want cutlery to be sent up to our room. Never ever heard of that in my life!!!!!

should 2 bottle of water for 2 persons in the same room, as well as need an indoor pool, and spa or massage

Breakfast was perfect with a broad variety of food. The room was nice and clean too. Slippers were provided which was a surprise:). The only thing I didn’t like was the paper cups with plastic bags wrapping up - not something sensible to me, neither environmental friendly nor healthy but seems to be quite common in Italy. Location is convenient, close to metro station and within walking distance to the Milan central station.

It is conveniently located about 8 min walk from Central station . A metro station just right below the hotel . Overall it is a very basic hotel with very good location..

Very surprised at this hotel’s condition, and not the good kind. Housekeeping clocks out at 6pm and you are left without water if you chose “Do not disturb” earlier in the day (first time I’ve had that happen ngl). Service is essentially non-existent, I couldn’t even get an extra bath towel after calling reception because once again, the housekeeping personnel went home. In addition, I’ve never experienced this at any half-respectable hotel - there was no tissue box present until we specifically asked reception (again), upon which we got handed a tiny cardboard box (like wow, be stingy with tissues, that’s reflecting wonderfully on your hotel). Congratulations, if you think you are gonna get good recommendations, you haven’t been paying attention.
