4/ 5Very GoodGreat hotel, but definitely not the best. Compared to ***darin Oriental Milan we stayed last year, this hotel really has a long way to go. Especially the service of the lounge cafe and the restaurant need to be improved a lot.

Super friendly and attentive staff!!! 10/10 Greeted upon arrival, speedy check in process and was escorted directly to my suite and briefly given a tour of all features in the room. Very modern and clean, a superior luxury hotel with all high quality amenities. Breakfast in the first floor lounge/bar area with ceiling to floor panoramic glass view of the century old garden. The entire hotel is the perfect combination of modern and antique interior with rich woodwork and a grand entrance marble staircase and pillars throughout the foyer. Great central location walking distance to the duomo cathedral and main shopping area.
