The apartment was advertised as suitable for three guests, but in reality it felt too small to comfortably accommodate three people. Unfortunately, the unit was also not very clean upon arrival. The bathroom was especially disappointing—extremely small and lacking basic necessities such as hooks for towels or clothes. We also requested a late checkout in advance, but it was not approved, and this was only communicated to us at 7:00 AM on the day of checkout, which was inconvenient and stressful. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and clearer communication and better upkeep of the unit would greatly improve future stays.

Highly recommended.. We loved the place and the people were very very nice The place is centrally located you can walk to main sightseeings The place is well equipped with everything you might need The kitchen is great The space is spacious and both beds are comfortable Plenty of shopping and F&B options around We felt very safe and got to really enjoy our stay

worst apartment I've ever been in. They enter your room and don't lock it, you arrive and find your room door open. And the worst thing was that my Hermes chypre was stolen from my room. no one took responsibility. Forget about staying here, it's 50/50 what happens to you because they steal from many

This place is a scam!!!! Terrible place I had a family emergency and I begged them to cancel because I almost lost my loved one but all they care is MONEY! F*** sweet Inn awful customer service and place! Please be mindful when you book this place it’s a total scam!!!!!

Catastrophic!! To be avoided!!! Stay in Milan in December 2021, very nice apartment at first impression but all that was only appearance. First day: 1 person out of the 4 of us was able to take a hot shower, the second a lukewarm shower and for the other 2 ice water. We complain and we have difficulty getting an answer the next day telling us that the water works thanks to a tank and that we only have to wait 2 hours to take a shower again. Second day: no one had the privilege of having hot water, ice water for the 4 of us. We complain again and they finally send us a "coordinator" to give us solutions which are as follows: - stay here and acclimatize to this regime straight from Antarctica and be reimbursed for the water costs up to 20 euros :) - change apartments on the day available only 1 night and join a 3rd the next day (first night from the 30th to the 31st and second night from the 31st to the 1st of January: enough to start 2022 well) - endure the cold water for an additional night and spend the rest of the stay in the 3rd apartment. We decided to opt for the third option... what a mistake!!! We literally left a 50 m2 to join a studio for 4 people made for 2 people in a building ravaged by trash in the stairs, urine in the elevator, power cuts and sold as having a view of the Duomo, luckily we could see its summit. Many and many complaints were sent to the interlocutors and in response we had an offer to reimburse the cleaning fees up to 80 euros. 20 euros per person ????? Cleaning fees ?????? Outraged, we are in the middle of a dispute procedure with Airbnb and we will not let this happen to us. Dear travelers, believe me, move on!!

Conciergerie pas sérieuse à éviter si vous voulez voyager. Chaudière en panne, pas de télécommande de clim. Ménage plus que limite. C était pas comme sur la photo... Éviter les... on aurait du regarder les avis ça vole bas. Si ça peux éviter a des touristes de subir...
