Excellent hotel near the train station. It's new and has good ventilation. I stayed on the top floor with a great view.

The location is excellent, very close to Milan Central Station, just a 7-minute walk away. There are also various supermarkets nearby, including a Korean supermarket just a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient. The hotel is quiet at night. The front desk staff were very polite. The room facilities are also very sufficient, and staff come to clean the room and change towels daily. The shower pressure in the bathroom is excellent.

Overall, a good new hotel with unique rooms and a perfect location. However, all of that is overshadowed by the terrible soundproofing—or rather, the complete lack of it. It’s as if there are no walls at all. Earplugs saved us, and with them, everything was fine. It's better to choose a room with a balcony; thanks to ours, we had a wonderful four-day stay.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the central station, very easy to find. There's a supermarket right around the corner downstairs, which was convenient for buying water. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned daily.

**1/5 — Do not stay here** Two serious incidents ruined this stay. First, the air conditioning: it was unbearably cold on night one, so we called reception to adjust it (yes, it can only be controlled from reception and not the room) — their remote fix caused it to switch off entirely for the next two nights. We called five times. It was never resolved. When we formally complained, the hotel refused any refund and told us "from what we see, the AC is working." Three nights of bad sleep with no accountability. Second: housekeeping staff knocked aggressively on our door despite us being inside and not requesting cleaning. When we returned to the room, our personal soft toys — brought from Singapore and precious to us — had been thrown on the floor. See the “before”and “after” photos. Not only did we have our mood affected from seeing this treatment, and thinking what else in the room was tampered with, we had to run around supermarkets trying to find cleaning supplies (yes, the floor is dirty). Management conducted an internal investigation, cleared their own staff, and never once explained how our belongings ended up there. Zero accountability, and no effort to make a proper apology or remedial action. On top of this: the area around the hotel feels unsafe at night with people loitering and following pedestrians. The toilet light is motion-activated and turns off while you're still inside. No slippers, no complimentary water. And the AC can only be controlled by calling reception — not from the room — which is what caused the whole fiasco to begin with. Every other hotel on our trip treated our belongings with care and a lot of love. This one did not, and their dismissive response to our complaints made everything worse. Not what you expect from a 4-star property.

This hotel was a lifesaver! It was 38 degrees in Milan and the Airbnb we rented didn't have air conditioning, so we had to book a hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and the facilities were new. The air conditioning worked perfectly, though I don't think there was a kettle. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. It's only a 5-minute walk from the train station and very close to the airport shuttle bus stop. Plus, there's a supermarket and McDonald's downstairs. Excellent value for money!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double.

I stayed at the Scarlatti Hotel Milano and was very satisfied. The rooms are modern, very new, and particularly spacious. I especially appreciated the large shower and the very comfortable bed, which made the stay very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, with no waiting time. Another great advantage is the location: the hotel is in a very convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the station, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. An excellent experience in every aspect. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and efficient service in Milan.
