Nicolas at the lobby bar made us amazing drinks when we stayed here! We got an espresso martini, an amaretto sour, and a select spritz and all of them were delicious and well balanced. We also got some snacks that were decent - the corn nuts were the highlight. I highly recommend!

Very good service from the two bartenders Nicolas and miguel. And the rooms are so Nice and good i want to be here a Hole month. So Nice and perfect and the breakfest is also good og a Big udvalg. The restaurant is also good and looks like a gourmet restaurant. And the rooms are also cheap

We recently stayed for a night at this hotel as a family with two kids. Our stay had its ups and downs, which made for a mixed overall experience. Pros: The beds were a highlight – really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all of us. The staff were friendly and approachable, which added a nice touch to our short stay. A big plus for families was the kid-friendly play area, which our kids absolutely loved. Cons: The breakfast was a bit of a let down. It was below average with not many options to choose from. We faced an inconvenience with the elevator being out of service. We had to use the service elevator, which wasn't ideal. The bathroom's privacy was questionable. It didn't feel as private as we would have liked, which was a bit uncomfortable. Parking was another issue. The parking space was very tight, making it difficult to navigate and park our vehicle. In summary, while the comfortable beds, friendly staff, and play area were great, the below-average breakfast, elevator issues, lack of bathroom privacy, and tight parking made our stay less enjoyable than we had anticipated. These are areas that the hotel could improve on for a better guest experience.

IHG Status recognition led them to upgrade me to a suite but these rooms faces the busiest highway of Europe, the noise is heavy... the Rooms albeit look nicely & design, are very aged, there is mould everywhere in the bath area, floors are marked or stained., etc The place definitely need a refurb. It had free parking when I was there, but that would not compensate for the water not working properly and me not having cold water in the bathroom for 3 days (they solved it for 12hrs on day 2 and then I had again to brush my teeth with hot water) or for the AC controls being on or off as it please them and me sweating the whole nights of my stay in June with 27c inside. The lack of lifts (3 only) in this 19 floor venue is a huge issue at peak hours, I waited a real 11mns to get a cabin to go down 1 day, delaying my departure. Definitely I cannot recommend this hotel for any stay, nor business or tourism as it is way out of the center, on the northern city limit. Its only ok if you need a  highway hotel to stop along near milano, but even then Italy has far far better of such road 4* hotel. Though staff was very friendly, this only doesn't justify the use of this highway hotel pretentiously saying it is near Milano fair grounds as it is closer to Rho

Everything is amazing ❤️‍🔥 The entrance, the staff, the rooms with chic toilettes, modern lights and all the windows on the city skyline 😃 The hotel is very close to the fair district (Rho-Milan). Only few restaurants near the hotel. You need to take taxis to reach the city center (30 min.). Just speed up elevators 💪💪

This hotel is located at the side of Milano, the environment is not intended for an evening walk… I was upgraded to a kind of suite, with a very big seating/kitchen area, all in the typical Voco style. It is unfortunately a bit ‘cold’, not cozy at all. The bedroom area includes the bathroom too, the bath/shower is in the room itself, the toilet is separate. This may look nice, but it e.g. does not allow to take a shower in the early morning without waking up the partner. Talking about the bath: this is in contradiction to the rest of the room dirty: you don’t want/expect to see the mold spots, this needs immediate remediation. The bed itself was huge, with good pillows. You can also brew your own coffee, using some slow drip mechanism. It was the first time I’ve seen this in a hotel, but it worked perfectly. The elevators are slow, you sometimes have to wait long time before the elevator car arrives. It was with my key also not possible to go directly from the parking level to the room floor. The parking only has 2 charger stations, that should be increased for this amount of rooms. Breakfast was good, with good service and good cappuccino, we’re in Italy after all! It can be really loud when it is busy in this area!

Very disappointed, room very dirty with mould and black silicon and hair on the shower. We checked in very latte for one night and didn’t expect to find the room in so dirty condition, was taking almost one hour to change to other room, little better then the one what they gave us firstly but just to sleep for few hour and with your eyes closed. Breakfast was offer as a gesture for the dirty room what was given but honestly it was more disappointing, all the chairs very dirty stained and the staff speaking all with Italian inappropriate behaviour and using bad words( perhaps they think people don’t understand Italian). Coffee horrible and the food was bad, scary to eat the way how was looking . The duty manager on reception when I mention regarding the dirty room what we found he couldn’t even say anything,I am not sure why but perhaps it’s need more experience or he know something what we are not aware regarding cleaning procedure.Very sad as we was stay in France in voco and was amazing stay , hoping to get the same experience.Unfortunate was not the same experience, very disappointing!

From check in to check out the team here we’re useless. The booking was made through family and this blew their minds insisting the booking wasn’t valid. After a short while the hotel agreed the booking was valid, but needed paying for again. After more fuss they agreed that everything was fine. Clear inconsistency demonstrating a lack of training. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had holes and were grubby. At check out the incompetence continued around payment of the room - apparently no notes loaded from check in problems meant the process was repeated. All in, it’s an ok place, just staffed by incompetent, inexperienced people with no common sense. Good luck.
