The apartment is provided with parquet floor and every comfort. The first floor is composed of a roomy living area with open-style kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, cook top with 5 hobs, kettle and coffe machine. The living room is elegantly furnished with a comfortable queen size sofa bed, a modern table made of glass, a small table, an ancient cupboard and a beautiful fireplace that makes the ambience even warmer.
Real pride and joy of the apartment is the wide attic at the second floor that represents the night zone (with parquet floor, as the rest of the house), where there is the queen size bed. The bedroom is embellished by the enchanting oak-beamed of the gambrel roof and by the adorable small balcony, which overlooks the inner courtyard.
The bathroom is in perfect conditions and is equipped with a comfortable bathtub and washing machine.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in a district that pleasantly mix ancient and modern art, very close to Central Station, Garibaldi Station and to the city center. This building stands in the heart of the completely renewed district called “Isola”, which has recently become reachable by the subway line M5 (stop “Isola”) that connects you with the close Garibaldi Station FS, where there is also the subway stop of the line M2.
The area offers a wide choice of restaurants and night spots: by walking it is possible to reach one of the biggest clubs and concerts’ venue of the city, the Alcatraz; and even closer to the apartment there is the Frida, a very popular bar amongst young people.
