Good services: receptionists were friendly, good breakfast (less warm dishes though), beautiful garden. Location is great if you come by train to downtown !

The front desk was very nice. After checking in, there was a false alarm of fire alarm and I couldn't sleep. I don't know how to deal with this. The location is very good, the staff is very responsible, and it takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the train station.

Good hotel, 5 minutes walk from the station! Lots of cafes nearby! The nearest supermarket is at the station! Convenient to get to different points! The hotel has everything for comfort: slippers and bath accessories! Good bed, comfortable mattress, nice linen! Electric blinds on the windows! We did not take breakfast at the hotel!

Very close to Milan Central Station. I arrived a little early, so while I was resting while using the Wi-Fi, a welcome drink was prepared for me.
