Aparthotel Porta Nuova

The 3 apartments are close to the center (15 minutes walk). Is has private parking (€25) and is very clean. Each apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Beware: they copy your ID! that's highly illegal under European law. Hotels are only entitled to verify you by the photo and write down your name and document number. City tax (€3) and private parking (€25) can only be paid cash.

Charger Parking, even late check-in, need pay. Only one key for 3 people very unconvienent, if the room has problems, can’t find anybody, due to airplane delay, we need claim loss during trip (we bought travel insurance)., so we asked them to write something for us, they didn’t ， so we are hard to claim anything, also room very small, special bathroom too tight, the shower place has nowhere can put a comb, bathroom no any hook can hang towel…..

This was a decent enough place for a brief stay, and was comfy enough and relatively spacious. It was good value for money and I'd probably stay here again. I didn't notice the option for 2 single beds when booking, so selected a double, but I noticed there was a sofa bed, so didn't think much of it. When we asked for help pulling the sofa bed out (it appeared broken), we were told it costs more to utilise the sofa bed and it was our fault for not booking it. Seems pathetic that you can't just pull out a sofa bed to use. That said, the staff member kindly came straight away and changed the bedding from the double into 2 singles. The apartment was difficult to find too, it was nestled away within an office block, with no proper signage.

Great location. Quiet.
