Highly recommended. The front desk is very friendly. If you like the old and classic Italian style, you can consider it. It is very close to the subway and the airport. Breakfast doesn't have many choices but tastes good.

A decent place to stay very close to Metro-Tram station. Very clean place. Varied breakfast.Thanks to Joe who checked us in and didn't let us starve to death when we arrived late at night. Many thanks to Paola who did her best to help me with an issue with the toll receipt. Definitely go back again!

Perfect location for travel to Milano, Malpensa shuttle stops only 200 meter from the hotel. Metro lines are very close to the hotel and the breakfast was really good but veggies are needed. Kind and punctual staff. Clean room.

This is not a safe hotel. When I came back from the city around 6pm, I found my room door open. Receptionist told me housekeeping left it and was acting like nothing happened and asking me to have a beer with her. Worst service ever, absolutely terrible attitude. I do not feel safe and comfortable here. Beware of this place.

We stayed here for a match at the San Siro. It’s ideally placed - either two metro stops or an easy 15-20 min walk. It’s also really easy to get here from central Milan - literally round the corner from Lotto metro. We dropped our bags early and the receptionist was very friendly, offering us a complimentary coffee. The room was basic but very clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower. Breakfast was included and was really good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I would like to praise the receptionists Paola and Seba. I received help from them in every possible thing, even not related to the hotel. Seba called the car rental company and spoke with them in Italian, and helped me a lot. Paola helped me find parking near the hotel. Thank you very much for everything, highly recommended.

A friend and I stayed here for two nights recently for the Italy v England football match. It may not be the most salubrious or luxurious of hotels but the staff, hospitality, assistance and welcome was truly marvellous. I must particularly thank Paula, who speaks brilliant English and is so warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming, a great, fantastic person. I think it's the staff who can make hotels the best experience, and here they are fantastic. If I am ever in Milan again it would be great to stay here again.

Correct hotel attic room 4th floor quiet, clean, be careful small shower for beefy a little narrow, otherwise room quite correct. Attentive reception staff, extremely helpful lunch service staff. Hotel outside the historic city center but close to the metro, otherwise 4.8 km from the historic area for short walkers. hotel to recommend. A.C.

The hotel is located near the Lotto metro stop (about 400 m), close to a supermarket and services. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, but it needs a major modernization! The bathrooms are quite new, but the furniture is old and battered, you can hear all the noises from the other rooms and from outside and in the middle of the night the room telephone rang with a recorded voice answering!
