Hotel Wagner

The hotel is nice.. Good location near wagner metro station. No complimentary bottled of water.

The location and environment of the hotel is fairly commendable, while their service does need a major improvement. I requested an early check-in here, and I actually arrived at the hotel at 11:00 on the day, just shortly before the official check-in period, yet the concierge still asked me to wait for another hour for official registration, despite my request and the fact that the room just one floor upstairs had been ready for use well before that. Furthermore, on the check-out day, when I was checking out in the early morning, I was to surprised find that an old lady was checking in well before the check-in period. I was even more confused that the receptionist let me wait for more than 15 minutes despite I told him that I was urgent for catching up for the flight at noon. I also requested a receipt for my accommodation with daily rates upon my check-out, which was available in my previous trips to other parts of the world, but the concierge refused to do this favor for me by arguing that these receipts were available here at Trip.com, and they only provided the receipt for the city tax paid.

This vintage hotel was clean & lovely. The staff was extremely accommodating. The breakfast was delightful. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I was skeptical reading past, yet recent, reviews. I found none of them to be true.

Ripoff. The single room is a grave, old, dirty. A/c does not work, shower needs descaling, TV is so small, is not even connected and no remote control. 160 euro for sleeping worse than in the army. Never again

Tired to call the hotel right now, and they kept hanging up on me. When the receptionist answered after 5-7 attempts, he hang up on me half sentence. I do not recommend this hotel, you will never be able to contact them
