Hotel San Siro Fiera

I chose this hotel well aware that I couldn't expect anything from a two-star hotel, but, given the positive reviews in which it was praised for cleanliness and courtesy, I didn't expect to have such a negative experience at all. Hot as hell, dirty, unkempt, a television hanging from the ceiling on the side of the cushions, a toilet that keeps leaking continuously, a bedspread that I had to throw on the floor between fits of vomiting because of how filthy it was, an equally stained armchair, a sewage smell during the night that I couldn't understand if it was coming from outside or from the bathroom, a floor so dirty that you were afraid to even put one foot on the ground. I understand that such abstract concepts as "cleanliness, kindness and closeness" are quite subjective, but I really can't understand how you can define something as clean that clearly isn't or how you can define a person at the reception who isn't polite. he doesn't even smile at you and barely looks at you or how can you define "very convenient for the stadium" a hotel located a few km away, ok, but definitely bad to get there when, at night, at the end of a concert, with the general chaos which obviously is created, you are forced to walk a long desolate stretch of road to reach it. In short, the worst €190 spent in my life... and certainly not for the very small spaces or the very simple furnishings or the very questionable breakfast, but I am of the opinion that cleanliness and kindness must reign supreme when welcoming people . I conclude by saying that I have not complained about anything to the staff (not even about a bedspread that anyone would have had changed immediately) and that mine is not intended to be a gratuitous criticism thrown out there just for the sake of criticizing or belittling someone's work. mine is just a criticism (completely personal and debatable obviously) which I hope can be useful to those like me who rely on reviews.

Ottimo hotel pulito e personale estremamente cortese lo consiglio a tutti famiglie e a persone solo.

Bagno con all’interno della doccia dei capelli . Poltrona con una macchia di pipì ( puzzava tra l’altro) Lenzuola sporche ,pavimento altrettanto. Stanza situata nel sottoscala. Pagare 120€ per una notte addirittura in compagnia delle zanzare per me troppo alto. Al ritorno dallo stadio siamo pultroppo ritornate a piedi ed è un esperienza da non rifare più .

Rapporto Qualità prezzo può andare . Una Persona alla reception mi risponde ai problemi solo dopo aver chiamato per telefono il responsabile. Televisione non funzionate invece di risolvere il problema mi dice non possiamo farci nulla e di non aveva camere disponibile per cambiare . Quando ho rifatto il trolley per andare via e chiedere il rimborso un'altra lunga telefonata con il responsabile e mi cambia la camera
