Reviews of Hotel Sabatino Milan

June 2025, same experienced with the other guest who previously stayed in Sabatino Hotel. Even though the booking was fully paid prior to arrival I was charged 60€ additional at the reception on top of what I had fully paid when I booked it online. Indeed it's a SCAM hotel based on my personal experience and the rest of the other reviews. Aircon is an additional fee, no refrigerator, no elevator and worse staircase is dark no lights at all. Internet wifi doesn't work. Contrary to the pictures online, it is not as tidy and clean as it is actually. AVOID Sabatino Hotel at all cost there are other better hotels alongside it because this hotel is a total SCAM run by SCAMMERS. I totally regretted staying at Sabatino.

It looks like a scheme. They write one price on Booking, you book, and when you come to the hotel they say to pay almost 100 euros extra. Although Booking says to pay 10 euros extra. Never go to this hotel, they speak Arabic there and they will take your money, suspicious people speaking Arabic came from the street and pressured us to pay almost 100 euros in cash, although we had a confirmed reservation from Booking. we were followed by these people, among them was a dwarf. we left there, never!!!! do not go to this hotel

Disappointed is an understatement. We booked a 3-bedroom at Hotel Sabatino and even called ahead to let them know we’d arrive between 1–2 AM. Because of a flight delay, we arrived around 4 AM—only to be told that our room was given away. They assumed we weren’t coming. Seriously? We paid in advance just to secure that room! We were forced to settle for a smaller room with only 2 beds—one of us ended up sleeping on the floor after a long, exhausting trip. No compassion. No solution. Just a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude at 4 in the morning. And as if that wasn’t enough, they demanded €65 extra for a so-called ‘service charge and tax,’ something not shown in the booking price on Klook. We were literally counting our coins at 4AM just to pay this unexpected amount. No receipts, no proper explanation. It felt like a scam. To top it off, the bathroom was dirty, the entire building smelled weird, and the staircase was so dark even during the daytime. Not safe at all for elderly guests. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one deserves to be told. Never again.

Like others I was stung by the extra charge of 50euro per night when I arrived, contacted Traveleuro who were useless, not sure if its the hotel or booking agent but a scam either way! Hotel is average at best, room not cleaned in 4 days, had to make my own bed, bathroom not clean, breakfast area shown in photos was closed along with outside space. The worst experience I have had in many years staying at hotels.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!! SCAM You will think you booked and fully paid ( as it shows on the booking reservation website) but when you get there, they will make pay 50 euro extra for utility fee per day. So you will think you paid full but there is this abusive amount of hidden fee and they are aware of the problem as many guests were caught on this and they do nothing to change this "policy" Also, the hotel is nothing like the pictures. Unprofessional environment, NO WI FI IN THE ROOMS and cleaning really questionable. You will leave the hotel with the feeling of being scammed as they charge this extra fee to have money directly to them and use booking websites to attract customers. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!

Hello, good morning. I stayed at this establishment in September 2025. They force you to pay €55 more per day. I went with my wife to visit my daughter, and they wouldn't let her into my room to pick up some gifts I'd brought her. It's dirty, there's no air conditioning, they only give you one roll of toilet paper, the hot water only works occasionally, and the maintenance is completely neglected. It's noisy. The smell of tobacco comes from the reception area itself. I don't recommend this establishment, especially if you're traveling with children.

Hi, it's a scam. It seems cheap, and then when you arrive, they try to charge you more. A price you'd never pay for a hotel like this. The only good reviews are from years ago. Something must have happened to them, and they're now trying to scam you. Check out the Google reviews; they sum up the scam very well.

Scandalous hotel, on the website there is a price, once you arrive they ask you to pay an additional sum (€50 for each night!), a technique to attract customers and then rip them off. The room they gave us was dirty, without toilet paper, without soap and with a broken toilet flush. We had to go downstairs again to ask to be moved to another room. The room was very cold and the heating did not work, we asked several times for the remote control of the air conditioner, but the answer we received was that they did not have it and that it was not up to them to turn on the heating systems. An experience never to be repeated, strongly discouraged

First of all, we arrived at night, the first thing you notice is the bad smell, the small bathroom is above all dirty, the light to go up the stairs does not work, the fridge in the room was missing, walls that were falling plaster, however the photos on the site are very old, experiences that I will not have again....

Nessuna truffa la gente si aspetta di pagare 30euro una camera al centro di Milano. Tutti sveglioni che usano booking senza nemmeno capire le condizioni. La responsabile Vittoria molto gentile la camera onesta e pulita.

Truffa. Pessimo. Prenoto tramite Trivago. 55€ per una notte. Arrivo e mi fa pagare altri 55€ dicendo che dalla prenotazione online, aveva ricevuto solo 35€, e che la camera costava 90€. La TV in camera aveva solo programmi RAI e la doccia era solo fredda. Proprietario indisponente.

Cheguei ao hotel que não tinha nada a ver com as fotos que estão no edreams. Ao chegar fizeram me pagar mais 65€ para além do que já tinha pago pelo quarto (1 noite 80€) , sendo que quando reservei o quarto ninguém me informou que iria ter de pagar esse valor na chegada ao hotel! Sendo que ainda me pediram para pagar em dinheiro e não com cartão Quando na receção me deram a chave do quarto percebi que o quarto era ao lado da receção que dava mais ar de despensa do que de quarto! Quando pedi se dava para trocar de quarto o senhor disse para esperar 10 minutos e foi para o andar de cima! Acabamos por não gostar do ambiente do hotel pois era bastante assustador e mal frequentado. Fomos embora e tivemos de reservar outro hotel à última da hora gastando mais 170€ por uma noite! Fiquem longe deste hotel!
