The room was great, the breakfast was good, the service was excellent, the restaurant on the first floor was also delicious, the whole experience was great

Mandarin Oriental is also designed by Italian designer Antonio Citterio, who is the main creative designer of BB furniture and also the most important Italian luxury hotel designer. I am really happy to be able to stay here.

Shopping is very convenient near the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Milan. The hotel service is courteous. Because I forgot to bring an adapter plug, they even gave me a plug to use. The room is very well-equipped. The room I chose this time also has a terrace. The surrounding view is very good. Next I will choose this hotel again.

The service is very good, the experience is very comfortable

Italians have a bad attitude and temper, and I don't know where this confidence comes from. However, the waiters of the Milan Mandarin Hotel are still trained according to global standards, which still makes the occupants very comfortable. Can be said to be worth the price. But don't expect anything higher.

The Mandarin Oriental is of course one of the great brands in terms of luxury hotels. But even amongst Mandarin Oriental hotels, I think this is probably the single best one that I have ever stayed at. It was virtually flawless in terms of quality and quality of service. I try not to dig deep into superlatives, but it really was that good. Extremely comfortable, quiet, well situated, great food. And of course, my two favourite things to comment upon: showers and WiFi were both superb. Was it perfect? Well, if I wanted to quibble, then the gym was a little bit small and pokey with limited equipment. And I would have preferred a slightly broader selection at the continental breakfast buffet. But those feel like small criticisms set against a backdrop of quality and luxury. Really great luxury hotel - as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental.

We had booked the MO Milan-Lake Como package, first in Milan. The Milan MO is elegant and quiet despite being in city center moments away from Opera House, Galleria, and Cathedral. Concierge organized a superb guide Esther for 2 hour morning walking tour of these sites and afternoon excursion to Foundation Prada. Our junior suite room was spacious and comfortable. Cocktails at the bar are not to be missed both for the expert, friendly mixologist and well dressed clientele. Breakfast in the exquisite garden was so relaxing with a generous buffet of many delights. We did dinner at each of the restaurants. The Seta 2 Michelin star dinner is a performance! Can’t forget the glamorous, friendly and ever present GM (Stephanie?) who was icing on the cake. Sad to leave but on to the equally amazing MO Como!

M/O Fan, this hotel was wonderful. Only stayed for 2 nights earlier this week. Fantastic location, incredible staff, sublime rooms and facilities! Breakfast staff was off target compared with the rest of the team. Seemed at times confused as we had certain dietary restrictions that needed to be addressed. All worked out in the end! We fully intend to stay here again next year, this time for more than 2 nights... Staff, rooms, drinks, food, sleep quality... all SUBLIME! Merci M/O Milano!
