Rather old building, access to the apartment uncomfortable. It was not clear if you could use the water boiler or make yourself a coffee during your stay. These devices were along the corridor without indication. Maybe it was better to find an automatic coin machine for a drink.

Practical access opening of the doors by an application. Namely 2 nd floors without elevator, very noisy environment (horrible) because of major work on the building next door. Clean room, poor bedding. Good location. It is indicated parking but it is an independent parking at the hotel at 3 min Departure 11h appreciable. You should know that an additional tax of 3 euros per person and in addition (for the municipality).

terrible accommodation conditions, air conditioning does not work (owner does not cooperate and lies), broken shower, more than basic lunch in a corridor. I do not recommend this establishment, disappointment guaranteed!!!

I am appalled by the ineducation of the owner of the structure. I would call him arrogant and rude, given the attitude with which he welcomed us. The rooms are nothing special, no customer expects to find designer chandeliers in a 150 euro a night guest house, but the lack of care seemed excessive to me, clearly in a negative sense. Samples of soap, cheap lampshades and no desire to welcome the customer or make themselves available for any eventuality. Furthermore, I booked the hotel through their website, where the luggage storage was provided in the services section. The following morning, when I asked where I could leave them, the answer was that the property has no deposit. Clearly this affects the timing and expense of any person, who has to organize themselves to leave their luggage in a paid deposit or carry it around Milan. Never again such an experience. The customer must be cradled. If you don't want to carry out this job with criteria, the advice is to change it, the job, or at least put in more attentive and helpful staff.

I have stayed several times in this Guest House. The location is quite convenient, but I would say that this is the only good thing. Externally the structure is a bit old and there are two flights of stairs to get to the reception, which is quite inconvenient if you have luggage. The room (single with a queen size bed) is small and nothing special, but passable; the wifi works quite well. The sore point is the manners of the boy at the reception, often hasty bordering on rudeness… in any case, I have always given up given the convenience of the location. but the thing that really pissed me off was a phone argument. When I called to communicate the time of arrival, the guy at the reception in a rather rude tone told me that he had called me several times without receiving an answer to inform me that he had moved my reservation to another facility near the station, in progress Buenos Aires. After checking the phone call log, I point out that I have not received any and that moving around was a problem for me, given the ways and given that the structure was not exactly very close. to which the person warms up and begins to treat me really badly, claiming that my phone had problems and insinuating that I wasn't sincere about not having received calls… In the end I preferred to cancel the reservation! Better to give my money to people who treat customers with more kindness and respect, because there is a way and a way. If you are not able to deal with people, better change jobs!

Location comoda, stanza pulita, con tutto il necessario. Forniscono asciugamani e sapone e volendo nel corridoio comune c'è a disposizione acqua e tisane. Il check in completamente autonomo a me piace, ma capisco che non vedere nessuna faccia a cui fare riferimento per tutto il soggiorno possa destabilizzare qualcuno. L'unica pecca è che le porte e i muri sono veramente di carta, si sente veramente tutto: dai sospiri ai sifoni degli altri bagni, ogni minimo rumore, quindi se avete il sonno difficile, evitate.

Non ho pernottato in questa struttura ma non condivido le recensioni negative lato customer care. Per errore ho effettuato una prenotazione tramite booking (sono utente premium e non mi sono accorto che su questa prenotazione non avrei avuto la cancellazione gratuita). Risolto tutto in 5 minuti con molta cortesia. Appena avrò modo soggiorneró qui.
