I had a terrible experience with Hotel Nuovo Metro. Due to the sudden death of my grandmother, I had to cancel my stay at the last minute and fly back to Mozambique. Despite explaining this unfortunate situation to the hotel, I received no response to over five messages requesting a refund or at least some consideration for the circumstances. It was only after I asked a friend in Italy to contact them that they finally responded, and even then, it was with a cold, insensitive message stating my booking was non-refundable. There was no empathy or acknowledgment of my situation, just a robotic refusal to help in any way. The lack of communication and compassion from this hotel was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Nuovo Metro to anyone who values basic human decency. This keeps the key points while being more concise.

Teresa, the owner, is a welcoming and very kind woman. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent location. The red metro stop is right in front, making it easy to get to the center. I will definitely return to this hotel because I love Milan. I highly recommend it.

Piccolo albergo vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana, proprietaria e collaboratori gentili e disponibili,camera piccola ma pulita e silenziosa,vero letto matrimoniale molto comodo,colazione dolce e salata non memorabile ma sicuramente sufficiente. Prezzo adeguato alla tipologia dell'albergo.

Unico aspetto positivo la vicinanza alla fermata della metro. Camere veramente piccole, poco pulite e arredamento molto vecchio. Proprietaria poco cordiale, colazione da rivedere. prezzo decisamente esagerato per il servizio erogato.
