Sheraton Milan San Siro

It was a great Stay at Sheraton Milan San Siro. It’s little bit away from City centre and not directly connected with easy public transport but Milan has a great taxi system and you can get taxi just outside the hotel. You will need approx 30 mins to reach city centre. Everything was great, service at Breakfast buffet was very slow. No-one is there to assist and you need to find a table which could be empty and also I did not get coffee I ordered in 30 mins so left for city centre without coffee.

We drove there so transportation is not a concern for us. Theres carpark in the basement and charge is reasonable! But we drove back on a Sunday night and there’s a football match. Roads were blocked and heavy traffic to drive back to hotel. Room is ok but poor sound insulation. I could hear the sound next door at night and able to hear the sounds inside otherrooms when I walked in the corridor. Enough choices for breakfast. Staffs looked cold at first but we encountered some emergency on the last night of our stay and they offered the best help! We really appreciated for the kindness of the front desk staffs.

Be here many time, generally the hotel is nice, could improve a bit the cleaning on the carpets. This time I was disappointed quite a lot for the room service, ordered with their app, waiting time stated was 25minutes, called them twice without answers.. at the end called the reception (3 attempt with them as well) the food arrived 1:10h after, it was Wednesday night.
