I have rented a standart room. Hotel gave me a room size of toilet. After my claim on reception, russian language speaking girl has said it is normal. But pictures on booking or trip.com were not the same. After my claim to trip support they helped me. Hotel changed me room to normal and promised breakfast. In the morning breakfast was not offered and one night i have spent in a “locker room”. And spent full price money as for the normal room. My opinion this girl saw my russian passport and thats why she decided to screw up my comfort. Screwed up vacation, will never get back to this hotel

This is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.

Hi we went with a lot of hope as it mentioned itself as a “three star” property. But to our disappointment , the room was very small and smelly. They don’t even provide basic amenities like hot water kettle. It was not available upon request. Even in 2026, they keep age old hand washing soaps and shampoo in pouches instead of bottles. Overall, our experience was mixed.

That was a nice place to stay, good location, really quiet street yet close to the city centre. If you need to sleep after a long day of sightseeing for a couple of days — would recommend, for other reasons and purposes I guess not
