Perfect location!! it is very near to Milano central station. Room has limted space, while a rest room has quite large. Hotel is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. Absolutely reccommend this hotel.

The service was good, they are attentive and greet you when you come and go. However, only 1 card is given per room. I wanted an extra card to make it convenient for my partner and I but was refused. The reason was that there was not ebough keeys and the hotel was fully booked. Being doubtful (as you can see if a person is in the room when the door light is purple) i check on booking and trip.com and low and behold, there were rooms! I understand if it isfor an ESG thing, but dont lie to your customers!!

Convenient location and comfortable bedding, but the facilities need improvement. When turning on the shower, the overhead showerhead leaks. There is a gap at the bottom of the bathroom glass door, causing water to spill out and create puddles even when the door is closed. The room design poses safety concerns. Despite requesting to avoid a basement room before check-in, the request was denied due to full occupancy. The assigned room was on the ground floor with windows facing the street, lacking any security measures, making it difficult to sleep soundly. The room’s soundproofing was poor; workers were heard using metal carts to move goods as early as 4 a.m., with noise continuing until 7 a.m. Additionally, the room was on the same floor as the restaurant, which was extremely noisy during breakfast time, severely affecting rest.

room size is very good for a family of four. it would be better if we could have an option to skip room cleaning during our stay (i.e. physical notice for us to hang it outside door saying “do not disturb”.

We booked triple room, very clean and great location, very close to the train station and room is very new. Strongly recommended 🔆

Great location, but lacking in comfort and value The hotel benefits from an excellent location, right next to the metro, making it convenient for getting around. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was appreciated. However, beyond that, the experience felt underwhelming, especially considering the price paid. The mattress was extremely worn and uncomfortable, it felt like it hadn't been replaced in years. The room lacked basic amenities like a kettle or tea/coffee, which are fairly standard even in more budget accommodations. The shower facilities were also quite dated and in need of an upgrade. Breakfast had some nice pastry options, but overall it felt pricey for what was offered. Drink choices were quite limited, and we only found out later that takeaway drinks were available, clearer communication on this would have been helpful. Overall, while the staff and location are definite positives, the hotel doesn't currently offer good value for money due to the outdated facilities and missing basic comforts.

Very sleek and location by the train station. We loved the style of the building but the lights were hard to learn. It's just a quick rest your head place not really anything super fancy but it's great for the price point and location. Clean, cool, very stylish but small and not very many amenities.

The hotel staff were lovely and were helpful! The location is great due to proximity to the train station and it was overall pleasant surprise for the cost.

My room, being on the basement level, was dark and damp. Check-in was painfully slow, and the overall experience certainly didn't live up to a 4-star hotel standard.

The facilities are just average. You have to ask the front desk for essentials like a kettle and slippers, as they aren't provided proactively in the room. The service was great, but breakfast was very underwhelming. On the plus side, the location is convenient for getting around, and the room was impeccably clean.
