Very retro themed hotel, the hallways and room look straight from the 1900s vibe. The rooms are clean, well equipped and big. Breakfast selection was very good and place was spacious. Hotel location was a 5-10 mins walk from the city centre so it was very convinient. Overall a lovely stay in Milan.

It had no luxurious décor, no smart technology — not even electronic key cards, just traditional brass keys. Yet, the service here reminded me that true hospitality is about people, not facilities. From the attentive reception and concierge team, to the genuine smiles of the housekeeping staff, and even how they remembered the little habits of each guest — every detail conveyed warmth and respect. This stay truly helped me understand the essence of service: real comfort comes from heartfelt care, not from cold technology or lavish hardware. While the facilities may not be five-star, I’d gladly give it a five-star rating for feeling like "home". Very good location with walking distance to all main attractions. Good room cleaning, front desk and concierge services. Rooms are tidy and clean. It was so nice to have free supply of daily distilling water. Free mini bar too. Thanks for the concierge’s help to call a taxi and get us to the train station.

We had a wonderful 6-night stayed in this lovely hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers in Milan. Mere minutes walk and we are at the Duomo, Metro station and all the amazing shopping the city has to offer; but it was the generosity this hotel offered which impressed me the most. Cold bottled water are available for our own taking, chips & chocolate in our room's fridge for our free enjoyment and replenished afterwards; coming back to the hotel after a long hot day out really did feel like coming home for us, thank you Hotel Brunelleschi. Oh I almost forgot the breakfast buffet, definitely exceeded expectation, amazing food choices both hot and cold, plus excellent fruit & pastry choices. Excellent value overall !

Friendly professional service with many staff. Breakfast was nice. Location is nice with a short walk to either Duomo or Milano campus.

The hotel was extremely well located (about a 2 min walk from piazza del duomo) the staff where very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean which is all I need from a hotel. There was a wide selection for breakfast

Clean room and comfortable bed. Really convenient because besides train stations and only few minutes to walk to the central. Near many restaurants and vintage shops.

My room was single bed room and I expected the room to be super small but it was quite spacious, cozy and clean. Great location. check out date was super rainy but the staff was very helpful to get me a taxi.

The room is spacious for a single. I loved that the minibar was free. The staff downstairs (front desk & door men) so friendly and helpful. Great location. The hair dryer is bad. The cleaning lady did a great job but was too much up in my business. I stay in big hotels to be anonymous.
