Great location. We stayed here for 1 night to take the bernina express the next day. It did the work

The location is a walk away from shops and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Duomo. Very friendly staff and so helpful. The place is kinda old, but convenient since everything is close by. check-in very late, the staff was kind to assist me.

Good hotel but the furniture is old

Terrible. Horrible hotel, old fashioned and unclean. Only one working plug for the whole room. Staff unhelpful and only offered solutions after complaint was made via 3rd party. No iron, trouser press broken. Hair dryer does not work well at all and is also extremely old. Hotel smells of stale cigarettes.

The rooms are very old and the furniture very worn. The bedside tables have no socket to be able to charge the mobile phone which can be charged in a socket at the back of the room and very far from the bed. The breakfast is served by the hotel staffs so cannot be called buffet breakfast. But one of the good thing is, hotel located at Duomo, very convenient.

This hotel was a good value . The location is great and the front desk was always up and willing to help with anything needed. The hotel definitely feels a little dated but it was kind of cool to stay in.

Buffet style breakfast but everytime you want to top up you need to ask the staff! Also, receptionists not friendly!

Some of the decor is a little tired but good value breakfast. We could see the duomo from the room, excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful

Older hotel but excellent location. Very close to subway station with short walk to Milan Cathedral and shopping area in the city center.

You are basically paying for the location with this hotel. It is about a 3 minute walk to the cathedral which is amazing. The rest of the hotel if poor, the rooms are very old, it was january and yet the room was very stuffy and warm, taps were rusty, stains on the carpet. The staff were friendly!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel is a bit old but the room is very clean.
