I entered and found a De Longhi penguin in the middle of the (very small) room, complete with a pipe and a hole in the glass. Unfortunately, the hole was much larger than the pipe, allowing hot air to leak back in, in addition to all the noise coming from the paid parking garage across the street. Unusable and noisy, and can only be activated from the front desk. More broken and dangerous glass. Broken shower handle, no slippers, and an empty fridge with no bottles of water. I will report your hotel to my company so it can be removed. Truly scandalous! The only positive is the location; otherwise, forget about it. Be careful, because in their responses to negative Google reviews, the owners naturally blame the damage on the guests, but if you go and look, the complaints are more or less always about the same things.
