Lovely people, great location but
1) no air con
2) courtyard in middle of hotel very noisy with deliveries starting at 6am
3)courtyard bakes all day in the heat, so room doesn't cool down at night (see 1 above)
4) no curtains and only 1 shutter closed so the whole hotel could see in my room all night.
Wouldn't recommend, sorry.

I had a terrible experience and never before did i not feel safe at a hotel. It was hard to access it, the parking garage was closed, the distance to bring the luggage and stair cases were inconvenient to say the least, the rooms were very small, one of them dirty and smelled moldy, the other one cold, paper thin walls we could hear other people and cars nearby, hard beds uncomfortable, toilet water running all night.
Worst part, when I asked for a refund of susbequent nights so that i could go elsewhere i was advised to have my lawyer contact their legal office. I am afraid i will never see money back but had to leave this terrible hotel. My family and I didnt feel safe.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nightd for my family. The next door parking shows 24hrs/7 but was closed upon our arrival with gates locked so I had to drive and park on street nearby. Hard to access building, 2 narrow steep staircase to go to first floor, can't believe this is 3 star hotel. Cute but not deserving 90euros per night and not clear upon booking that its a hassle to access with luggage. Cold room and cold floors, hard bed, not enough power outlets, noisy I can hear people above me and next to my room or in hallway and at reception (phone ringing). Window has cracks and cold air coming in. Electric heater is a joke. Had to sleep wearing a sweater. I asked for reimbursement for remainder of trip and was told to have my lawyer send an official request a week later to administration and maybe if a judge with tribunal believes I am owed money back I will see a reimbursement? Really? Another reviewer who pointed out thw bathroom was dirty was told the police would prosecute him? Who runs this place?

I was in Milan to spend a few relaxing days with my wife. From the first phone calls we had with Massimiliano he immediately made us feel at ease. The top was upon our arrival. Friendly but professional staff at best; excellent cleanliness; Abundant and varied breakfast. Located in a strategic point near the metro where you can reach all the major monuments of Milan. Absolutely recommended

Polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious! the rooms are not very large but welcoming and well-kept. The area is very nice, full of shops, pubs and restaurants. The managers are very attentive to every detail! I'll be back!

Un hôtel catastrophique, je suis arrivée sur places y mon donner un lit plus petit que moi après y mon changer la chambre y mon fait payer 100€ pour changement y mon collée 2 petit lit pour faire un lit matrimonial mais y’a les risques de tomber entre les 2, je suis en face de réception y tout la nuit de bruit ,y parle très fort! La chambre trop petite avec un fenêtre qui a un trou pour la sortie de clime, je demande pour fermer y mon mets 1 serviettes mon dit vous allez sentir moins le bruit ! Je veux vous attacher des photos ! Pour dormir c’est trop difficile c’est mieux dormir dans la rue que dans cette hôtel malheureusement ! Catastrophe tout mais petit déjeuner !! A fuir franchement dure de vivre ont dire je suis dans la rue j’entends les jeunes de l’extérieur des l’intérieur, les voitures ! Impossible de dormir ! pour dormir je deux coussins c’est difficile !

La qualità rispetta il prezzo economico che offrono. La posizione strategica rende questo hotel comodo per un giro su Milano. Staff gentile e cortese! Unica pecca: prenotando sul loro sito online ə stato pre autorizzato il prezzo della camera quindi l’intero importo era stato bloccato per garantire la prenotazione , al mio arrivo ho dovuto ripagare l’importo per intero e ora dovrò aspettare dai 7 ai 20 giorni per riavere l’importo della pre autorizzazione. Questa cosa un po’ mi ha seccato perché non mi è mai successa da nessuna parte. Per il resto ok!!!

Les chambres sont pas jolies, le parking est inexistant ou alors il y a celui qui est a coté mais extrêmement cher! Je vais quand meme developper mon avis sur les chambres. Le chauffage ne fonctionnais pas dans une des deux chambres louées, les linge de douches avait une légère mauvaise odeur et pour finir sur mes douches, premierement elles fuiraient et il y avait des moisissures. Point positif pour les leds qui changent de couleur quand on se douche🙃
