Lovely staff and outstanding decor

Vico Milano is an absolute gem - a tiny, beautifully designed boutique hotel 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. We were lucky enough to be able to eat in the newly opened restaurant - and would highly recommend it. The food and service were excellent. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, unique hotel situated within a quiet courtyard. I felt like I was walking through a secret passage from the busy streets of Milano. Truly a gem with an incredible staff and thoughtfully curated decor. Aesop and Dyson amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The entire staff is very kind and had great recommendations. Roberta took the initiative to ensure I had breakfast to-go on the day I had an early tour. Highly recommended!

Exceptional hotel and service! Beautifully designed and very personable. Located in Navigli district, away from crowds and yet an easy walk to the Duomo and other attractions. There are many restaurants near by but you can also walk to the canals and have a meal among locals and be part of Navigli' charming and lively nightlife scene. We'll be back!

It started in Oct 2024. I was heading to Milan and my mom passed away before I got to NYC. I called the hotel to tell them I would not be going. It was 36 hours before my 42 hour cancellation. I had reserved 3 nights. They would not credit my 3 nights only said I could have 2 nights credit on the books mot a full refund and I list my first night! We finally make it to Milan. We made our reservation and I wasn’t able to use my credit because it was fashion week so we adjusted our days. The manager was extremely arrogant. Our room had NO windows. No AC. I asked if They had a fan said NO! Breakfast was by far the worst breakfast we had on our trip. Orange juice wasn’t even fresh. Limited array of foods. The shower was lovely! That was the best part of the hotel! We love Boutique Hotels.. not this one!

The details are beautiful, thoughtful and thorough - with comfort in mind. The rare boutique hotel that fulfills its mission in providing a unique and memorable stay. Service is warm and very responsive. Location is excellent - away from the tourist center but an easy walk to see the sights. Highly recommend and will return. Please note that there are stairs.

Vico Milano is a small, charming boutique hotel, wonderfully situated within walking distance to the Duomo Milano. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The service is impeccable. Morning Continental breakfasts are personalized to your liking. What makes the place so special, however, is the staff. Everyone (Roberta, Alessia, Melissa, and Malik) went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will miss their smiling faces. (Someone else commented on losing their Keycard for the door and being locked out of their room after 7pm. Although the staff is not there after a certain time, there is a keypad at each door with a cardless way to enter via a "pin code" for your room that is supplied by the hotel upon arrival. The bar was also open later in the evening on some nights for drinks and refreshments)

This is one of the best hotels in Italy I have stayed at. The staff is all so welcoming, from Roberta to Melissa you feel at home. You can tell they run this lovely boutique hotel with heart! Besides the hotel room being so gorgeous, the bed itself was fantastic and we had the best sleep! Can't wait to come back and visit, already missing my stay. Thank you everyone!

We just had a lovely 3-night stay at Vico Milano. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the Duomo and other sites. It’s on a busy street, but tucked inside an inner courtyard. As a result, our room and the public spaces in the hotel were perfectly quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and was stocked with amenities like Aesop bath products and a Dyson hair dryer. It was very hot when we were in Milan, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff is attentive and friendly; they advised us of a train strike so that we could plan a trip to Lake Como, and provided lively conversation during breakfast (grazie, Melissa!). One thing to be aware of is that the staff leaves the hotel at 7 pm. We did not find this a problem. Happy to recommend this small, boutique hotel to everyone.

Vico Milano is beautifully appointed with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. It’s an intimate feel, with only 7 guest rooms, which makes it easy to feel cared for. We loved aperitivo and the breakfast spread, and the extensive guides and recommendations provided by the staff were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

A little gem of a hotel tucked away in the corner of a quiet courtyard in the centre of Milan. Our room was one of 6 stylish suites comprising a mezzanine bedroom above a small sitting room lit from skylights above. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom tiled in gorgeous dark red tiles and supplied with Aesop products. Everyone who works here was incredibly helpful and ready with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try in this wonderful city.

It’s is truly and experience to stay at this small hotel. The rooms are small but in two levels. Very clean and the bathrooms fantastic. Downstairs is the breakfast and bar. Very good both of them and the service is truly amazing with the staff being very energetic and positive. If you like a more at home experience you should stay here!

We hope to be back in Milan soon and when we do, we're staying here again. Everything at the Vico Milano was top notch. The staff is so welcoming and attentive, the hotel is super clean, and aperitivo was 10/10. Location also can't be beat. If you want to be in a spot that's the true Italian experience, stay at this wonderful hotel!
